Service Network Expansion for Faster Customer Support
As VOTO’s business continues to grow across Tanzania, the Dar es Salaam service center has undergone a major expansion. Located adjacent to its original premises, the new facility has doubled in size and now includes a dedicated equipment testing zone and a standalone spare parts warehouse. This move is set to significantly improve service speed and delivery capacity for clients in and around Dar es Salaam.
Increased Storage for Faster Parts Availability
The new warehouse increases storage capacity by 60%, allowing for localized stock of essential components for major brands—covering engine assemblies, hydraulic systems, filtration units, and more. Previously import-dependent or off-site items can now be delivered the same day, reducing downtime and ensuring operational continuity for customer equipment.
Strengthened After-Sales Team for On-the-Ground Support
To support the expansion, VOTO has recruited and trained a new group of local technicians and service staff. This team provides equipment handover, periodic inspections, and both in-person and remote technical guidance. By shifting to a "proactive service" model, VOTO aims to lower the risk of operational disruption for its clients.
A Clear Commitment to the Market
“This expansion is our way of showing customers that we do more than sell equipment—we back it with full-cycle support. It’s not just an infrastructure upgrade; it’s an embodiment of our service values,” said the VOTO General Manager.
